110. The Registration of United Kingdom Patents (Fees) (Amend- ment) Rules, 1964, varied, with effect from 1st March 1964, the fees payable under the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Ordinance to bring them approximately into line with similar fees charged under the Trade Marks Ordinance. The principal fee, namely that for a Certificate of Registration of a Patent, was increased from $40 to $60. A few fees were slightly reduced.
III. The year's collections amounted to $9,734, $1,954 more than in the previous year.
