Bankruptcy

72. The Bankruptcy (Amendment) Rules, 1955, amended many of the bankruptcy rules and forms, and increased with effect from 9th December, 1955, many of the fees and commis- sions payable to the Supreme Court, the Official Receiver, Trustees, Auctioneers, Architects, Accountants and Special Managers.
