DIRECTOR OF AUDIT'S CERTIFICATE

The accounts in Tables XI, XII, XIII and XIV have been examined in accordance with Colonial Regulations, I have obtained all the information and explanations I have required and I certify that the accounts are correct, subject to the following observations.

2. It has not yet been possible to verify the list of invest- ments held by the Crown Agents with the Controller and Auditor General's Certificate as this Certificate has not been received.

3. The Statements of Funds would be more satisfactorily shown in the form of a Consolidated Receipts and Payments Account and Consolidated Balance Sheet, and the Registrar General has agreed that this should be done next year.
