The Creditors in these and two of the other three windings up are faced with very heavy losses, but in the remaining case the estimated value of the assets is largely in excess of the Company's liabilities and its Creditors are unlikely to suffer any loss.

Fees.

39. The Official Receiver's Fees and Commission charged during the year amounted to $12,876.50.

40. The funds held by the Official Receiver at the close of the year amounted to $1,749,595.59 as follows:

OFFICIAL TRUSTEE

41.

The number of Trust Estates administered by the Official Trustee was reduced during the year from eight to seven with the winding up of the Shula Trust in November, 1951.

42. At the close of the year the total Market Value of all Investments held was $120,476.50, in addition to which $1,144.16 on Fixed Deposits, and $597.03 in Cash in Bank, were held on Capital account. The total income for the year was $5,549.93, and the balance on Income Account at the end of the year was $29,456.60. Table XIV contains an abstract of Receipts and Payments and the balance held on 31st March, 1952.
