11.133 The total number of registered consumers was 712,000 (6.6% more than the previous year) and the total number of accounts despatched was 2,095,000 (7.6% more than the previous year). Total revenue collected was $218 million (18.5% more than the previous year). More than 97,000 enquiries and/or complaints relating to water charges were received during the year (23% more than the previous year) representing 4.6% of total accounts despatched.
