Appendix Q contains details of land formation projects. The following paragraphs describe briefly the progress on the more interesting works.

6.05. Where the formation and servicing of undeveloped areas in Kowloon and the New Territories for urban use involve major engineering works, the Development and Airport Division is responsible firstly for investigating the engineering feasibility of such development and secondly, in those schemes which are approved, for the formation of the land and the provision of services.
