The most important of these were the road linking Luk Keng Village with the Sha Tau Kok Road, extensions of the Ping Tse feeder road to Ta Kwu Ling and of the road from Ting Kok to Tai Mei Tuk which is to form the main access to the Plover Cove water supply scheme. Yet another feeder road was constructed from Sai Kung to Tai Mong Tsai.
