37. The workshop and classroom block is fully described in the 1955/56 Report. Construction of this part of the project began in February 1956. On 2nd December H. E. the Governor opened the College.

38. The scheme for Keswick Hall was developed. The accommodation includes a main entrance foyer with a staff room above, a multi-purpose auditorium to seat approximately 725 persons, a dining hall and kitchen.
