The Assistant District Officer at Taipo sold 145 small lots which realized $10,280 and the Assistant District Officer at Hongkong 34 lots, most of which were small, which realized $655.

The Assistant District Officer at Taipo and the Assistant District Officer at Hongkong sold 211 lots in the New Territories by private treaty.
