The Samaritan Fund is entirely dependent on voluntary donations and a total of $101,399.60 was received during the Financial year, purpose of the Find 18 to rmder financial assistance to needy pazients to meet the expenses of transportation to clinica and hospitals for BaaR!= tjaž medical treatment, the payment of rent, school Tass and other emergency nesUS, Small monetary sims are also granted to destitute patients in hospitals for the purchase of basto dally necessition. with the very generaus donations of the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Clus, Mr. Y.S. YEUNG, the Li Po Churi Charitable Trust Fund and others, it has been possible to aasist a total of 5,056 patients. During the year, it waż possible to place a su of $90,000 on fixed deposit as a reserve against fuurà contingencies.
