The Samaritan Fond de entirely dependent on voluntary dumaslons and a total of $74,401,64 was received during this financial your. The mala purpose of the Fund la to give financial assistance to needy patients to meet the expenses of transporation to hospital and click to aneble them to obtain essential mediça) (reatment, and to assist in the pryment of rent and school fons etc. Small monetary gents are also made to paąki agedy patients for the purchases of clothing, dally necessities and food for eting nobishment after discharge from hosphat. With the very generous donations by The Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sir Robert Ho Tung Charitable Fund and Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund, it has been pomible to assist a total of 4,633 peędy patients during this financial year.
