The Sumaritan Fund is entirely dependant on voluntury donations and a total of 578,112.32 was Treeived dwing thin financial year. The main purpose of the Fund is to givo flanincial assistance to denly puilonis to meet the expenses of trackpărtation to hospitals and clinice to enable them so obtain essential medicul treutosent, and to assist in the payusest of rent and school fees etc. Small monMary grante non gian made to assist needy palicols for the purchase of clothing, dalty necessities and food for extenæ nourishment after dhcharge from hospital. With the very genCIOUS donations by the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sir Robert Ho Tung Charitable Fund and Lị Po Chuo Charitable Trust Fund, it has been possible to assist a total of 4,174 needy patients during this financial year.
