The Honorable J. F. Edger, Esquire.
The Council met to day pursuant by Special Summons.
The Honorable The Lieutenant Governor was presented by indisposition from attending.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The Draft Ordinance "for Buildings and Nuisances", as published in the last Government Gazette for general information, was read a first time and amended; and the Council adjourned till Wednesday, the 16th instant, at one o'clock, when the amended Ordinance will be read a second time.
