The Council met today pursuant to adjournment.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The Draft Ordinance "to regulate the Storage of Gunpowder within the Colony of Hongkong" was read a first time, amended, and ordered to be printed, and a copy of the same to be sent to each Member.
