The Council met today pursuant to adjournment.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read the second time and passed, as amended, the Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to establish a proper system of Registration for Colonial Vessels," being No. 4 of 1855, which was ordered to be published in the Government Gazette.
