The Council met today by Special Summons.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read the second time and passed, the Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance for the removal of doubts regarding the right of aliens to hold and transfer Property within the Colony of Hongkong," being No. 2 of 1853, which was ordered to be printed and published in the Government Gazette.
