The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The Seamen's ordinance was brought forward for final consideration, as agreed upon at the last meeting, but His Excellency intimating that Mr. Authon, the American Vice-Consul, intended to lay before the Council written objections to some Provisions of the ordinance, it was, after some discussion, Resolved, that the Council adjourn to Tuesday the 2nd November, at 11 o'clock, A.M.
