The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read the third time and passed, the ordinance entitled "An ordinance to amend the Law of Evidence" being No. 3 of 1852, which was ordered to be printed and published in the Government Gazette.
Read the third time and passed, the ordinance entitled "An ordinance to facilitate the administration of Criminal Justice" being No. 4 of 1852, which was ordered to be printed and published in the Government Gazette.
After some conversation on the subject of the Seamen's ordinance it was Resolved that this be taken into consideration at the next meeting of the Council.
