The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The Draft Consular ordinance read a first time at the last meeting, was reconsidered.
Further consideration was given to the Draft ordinance "for certain Marriages in the Colony of Hong Kong", which was read a first time on the 10th February.
His Excellency The Governor laid on the Table a Draft ordinance "for the regulation of Seamen" and it was resolved that the same should be forwarded to the acting Attorney General for his consideration and observations thereon.
