The Honorable J. F. Edger, Esquire.

The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.

His Excellency The Governor and the Honorable Members in pursuance of ordinance No. 4 of 1851, revised the Jury List for the year 1852, and designated with the term "Special Juror," 27 of the names therein. The Clerk of Councils was then directed to endorse the list accordingly and to returned it to the Registrar of the Supreme Court.

Read a first time the Draft Consular ordinance, entitled "An ordinance to repeal Section II of ordinance No. 2 of 1847 in so far as the said Section gives unto Her Majesty's Consuls and Vice Consuls exclusive Jurisdiction in certain cases, and to amend the administration of Justice in Consular Courts;" and the Council adjourned.
