The Honorable J. F. Edger, Esquire.

The Council met today by special summons.

The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.

The Jury List for the year 1851, as forwarded by the Registrar of the Supreme Court to the Clerk of Councils, was laid on the Table and His Excellency The Governor and the Honorable Members, in pursuance of ordinance No. 4 of 1851, revised the same, and designated with the term "Special Juror", 25 of the names therein. The Clerk of Councils was then directed to endorse the List accordingly, and to return it to the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
