The Council met today by special summons.
The minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Further consideration was given to the Draft ordinance which was read a first time on the 28th Instant, when it underwent certain alterations; and it was Resolved that the amended Draft should be sent round to the Members, previous to its being submitted for the second reading.
