The Council met today pursuant to adjournment.
The minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read a 2nd time and passed, the ordinance entitled "An ordinance to regulate the Jurisdiction of the Civil Courts of the Colony of Hongkong in certain Cases," being No. 2 of 1851, which was ordered to be printed and published in the Government Gazette.
