The Honorable J. F. Edger, Esquire.
The Council met today by Special Summons.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read a 2nd time and passed, the ordinance entitled "An ordinance for the improvement of the "Law of Evidence at the Trial of Criminal Cases before the Supreme Court", being No. 1 of 1851, which was ordered to be printed and published in the Government Gazette.
