The Honorable the Chief Justice and Attorney General having been detained until a late hour at the Supreme Court, the Council ordered for the 16th Instant was not held; it was therefore summoned for the following day, when the members present were.

The minutes of the last Council having been read and approved.
The two ordinances which were approved of at the last meeting, being Nos. 4 and 5 of 1850, were finally passed and ordered to be published in the next Gazette.
The Council was then adjourned.
