The Council met today by special summons.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The Draft of the Consular Ordinance which underwent a first reading on the 11th December, was again brought before the Council and reconsidered.
Read and passed Rule of Court of Hilary Term, 2nd January 1850, ordering that the execution of all Writs, Precepts, &c, issued under the Summary Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, according to Ordinance No. 9 of 1845, be made by the Under Bailiff or other Person appointed by the Court, who shall receive for such execution the sum of Fifty Cents.
