Mr. Mercer, Colonial Treasurer, whose temporary seat was vacated on the return of the Honorable Chief Justice Hulme, was sworn in by His Excellency The Governor a Member of the Council.
The Council then met.

The Honorable The Colonial Treasurer.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved, and the Council was adjourned.
