The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Draft of an ordinance to regulate the manufacture and storage of a certain description of Gunpowder within the Colony was read for the first time, and considered; and after discussion, certain alterations were ordered to be made therein, previous to its being sent round to the Honorable Members.
