The Council met today pursuant to adjournment.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
His Excellency The Governor stated to the Council that Her Majesty had been pleased to disallow ordinance No. 3 of 1847 and ordinance No. 10 of 1845.
Resoved that the Act of Parliament 10 and 11 Vict. Cap. 83, be published in the Government Gazette at the same time with the disallowance of ordinance No. 10 of 1845, and that a new ordinance be drafted for the Naturalization of Aliens in Hongkong.
