Notice was sent round adjourning the Meeting of the Council which was to have taken place on Thursday the 14th Instant.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read a first time Consular Ordinance No. 3 of 1847, entitled, "An ordinance to authorize "Her Majesty's Consular officers to adjudicate in Civil Action."
