Present:
His Excellency the Governor,
The Honorable Major General D'Aguilar,
The Honorable the Chief Justice,
The Honorable the Acting Attorney General.
The Council met to day by special summons.
The Council did not meet on Thursdays the 8th & 15th Instants, in consequence of special notice sent round to that effect.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read and passed "Revised Regulations for the sale of opium by Retail," which were ordered to be published in the Government Gazette.
