The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read a second time and passed Ordinance No. 2 of 1847, entitled, "An Ordinance to provide for a Church in Victoria, in the island of Hongkong." Which was ordered to be printed.
Submitted and passed the Revised Rules of Court, entitled for Easter term, 1st March 1847, which were ordered to be printed.
Read a second time and passed, Consular Ordinance No. 1 of 1847, entitled "An Ordinance to repeal certain Ordinances relating to Her Majesty's Consular officers in China, and to substitute other provisions in lieu thereof," which was ordered to be printed.
Read and made the subject of further correction, the proposed Ordinance for preventing Piracies.
