The Draft of a Consular Ordinance was submitted, entitled Ordinance No. of 1846, being an Ordinance for the deportation of English offenders, &c., &c., and it was resolved that it be forwarded to Lord Palmerston Her Majesty's Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, for the consideration and approval of Her Majesty's Government.
