Read a first time Ordinance No. 5 of 1846 entitled "An Ordinance for the substitution of Notices and advertisements under the Ordinance No. 3 of 1846, entitled "An Ordinance for the relief of Insolvent Debtors within the Colony of Hongkong" which was ordered to be sent round to members.
