The minutes of last Council were read and approved.
Read a second time and passed Ordinance No. 2 of 1846 entitled "An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6 of 1845" entitled "An Ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 15 of 1844, for the establishment of a Supreme Court of Judicature in Hongkong and to substitute other provisions in lieu thereof" which was ordered to be printed.
Read a second time and passed Ordinance No. 3 of 1846 entitled "An Ordinance for the relief of Insolvent Debtors" which was ordered to be printed.
