The minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read a second time and passed Ordinance No. 11 of 1845 entitled, "An Ordinance for the further regulation of Harbour of Hong Kong and to repeal Ordinance No. 9 of 1844," which was ordered to be printed and published.
Read a first time No. 12 of 1845 entitled "An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 1 of 1845 entitled an Ordinance for the suppression of the Triad and other secret societies in the Island of Hong Kong and its Dependencies," and ordered to be sent round to members.
