Ltd.; Director of the Community Chest; member of the Council of the University of Hong Kong and member the Hong Kong Hospital Authority.
Charles LUI Chung Yuen, BEc, AASA, FCIT, General Manager, aged 62, Director of KMB since 17 September 1993. Joined KMB in 1960 as Accountant and promoted to Chief Accountant, Assistant General Manager and currently General Manager with effect from 1 March 1989.

Ltd., Furama Hotel Enterprises Ltd., Shaw Brother (Hong Kong) Ltd., New World Development Company Ltd. and Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited. Former Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1968-78) and Executive Council (1976-78 & 1983-88); Chairman and Life Member of the Council of The Chinese University of Hong Kong; member of the Governor's Business Council; Hong Kong Affairs Adviser appointed by the Chinese Government and a member of the Selection Committee for the First Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

Dorothy CHAN Yuen Tak Fai, JP, B SocSc (Hons), MSocSc (P.A.) (Distinction), PhD, FCIT, Acting Commissioner for Transport, aged 47, appointed by the Governor to sit on the Board of KMB under the Public Bus Services Ordinance on 10 March 1997. First joined Hong Kong Government in 1972 and had worked in various sections and divisions of the Transport Department. A Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Transport.
Isaac CHOW Yiu Nam, Deputy Secretary for Transport (Transport Services), aged 45, appointed by the Governor to sit on the Board of KMB under the Public Bus Services Ordinance on 14
November 1994. Joined Hong Kong Government in 1974 and has held a number of posts in various branches and departments, including Security Branch and Regional Services Department.
