Group Profile
The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited operates public bus services under government franchise in Kowloon and the New Territories. Founded in April 1933, the Company has been providing bus transport to the Hong Kong public for more than half a century. In 1972, the opening of the Cross Harbour Tunnel enabled the Company to extend its bus network from its principal area of operation in Kowloon and the New Territories. into Hong Kong island. KMB service routes. have continued to branch further to service the
burgeoning new development areas in the New Territories and the border between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. With Hong Kong's reunification with China and the imminent
opening of the new Chek Lap Kok Airport in Lantau, the Company looks forward with confidence to continue to provide high quality bus service to fulfill the demands and needs of the people of Hong Kong.
