PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

The principal activity of the Company is

the operation of franchised public buses

in Hong Kong.

ACCOUNTS

The profit of the Company for the year

ended 31 December 1993 and the state

of the Company's affairs at that date are

set out in the accounts on pages 50 to

65.

An interim dividend of 18 cents per

share was paid on 15 October 1993. The

Directors now recommend that a final

dividend of 50 cents per share in respect

本公司之主要業務為在本港經營有專利

權之公共巴士服務。

賬項

本公司在一九九三年十二月三十一日之

財務狀況及結至該日止全年之盈利刊於

本賬項第六十九頁至第八十一頁。

中期股息每股一角八仙已於一九九三年

十月十五日派發,董事會現建議於一九

九四年六月九日派發結至一九九三年十

二月三十一日止年度之末期股息每股五

角。

慈善捐款

本年度内捐款共為港幣三百零八萬二千

零二十五元。
