主席報告

DIRECTORS

Under the Public Bus Services Ordinance, the persons holding the positions of Commissioner for Transport and Deputy Secretary for Transport

(Transport Services) are appointed by the Governor to sit on the Board of KMB. The incumbents of these posts are Mr. Gordon Siu Kwing Chue, J.P. and Mr. Andrew Leung Kin Pong, J.P. respectively. I would like to express my appreciation for the valuable contributions that both of them made to the

Company.

APPRECIATION

The staff at all levels have found ways to increase our productivity and limit increasing costs, while improving the services KMB offers to the public. On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all our employees for their loyalty to the Company and for their contributions towards

making KMB a better company. With the continued support of our passengers and our staff, I am sure

that our Company will continue to grow and prosper in 1992.

根據公共巴士服務條例,在任之運輸署署長及副運 輸司 ( 運輸服務)由港督委任為本公司董事。現時 任職上述職位之人士分別為蕭烱柱太平紳士及梁建 邦太平紳士。本人謹此就兩位董事對本公司之寶貴 貢獻致以謝忱。

本公司各級員工一直努力不懈銳意提高生產力,有 效限制不斷增加之成本,並同時改進本公司為市民 提供之各項服務,本人謹代表董事會向全體忠於職 守,積極為公司之進步作出貢獻之員工衷心致謝。 在乘客及員工之不斷支持下,本人深信,本公司之 業務於一九九二年內將繼續增長,繼續興旺。
