beneficially held 80,341,838 ordinary

shares in the Company.

Mr Ng Siu Chan and Mr Ng Kwan

Wai were substantial shareholders

of a private company which

beneficially held 1,249,533 ordinary shares in the Company.

Mr Yu Shu Chuen and members of

his family together owned certain.

"tongs" which beneficially held a

total of 951,671 ordinary shares in the Company.

INTERESTS IN CONTRACTS

No contracts of significance to which

the Company was a party and in

which a Director had a material

interest subsisted at the end of the

year or at any time during the year.

ARRANGEMENTS TO PURCHASE SHARES OR

DEBENTURES

At no time during the year was the Company a party to any arrangements to enable the Directors of the Company to acquire benefits by means. of the acquisition of shares in or debentures of the Company or any

other body corporate.
