獲委任加入董事會。同日,伍超羣先生因

健康理由,退出董事會。

DIRECTORS

The Directors of the Company at the

date of this report are shown on

On Ist January, 1988, Mr Ng Kwan Wai was appointed to the Board. On

the same date, Mr Ng Chiu Kwon

resigned as a director of the Company for health reasons.

Mr Ng Chiu Kwon passed away on

3rd March, 1988.

On 1st March, 1989, Mr Lawrence E

Louey was appointed as Managing

Director of the Company.

In accordance with articles 99 and

101 of the Company's articles of association, all existing Directors with the exception of Mr Lawrence E Louey, Mr James So Yiu Cho and Mrs. Alice Lai Siu Po-chun retire from the Board and, being eligible, offer

themselves for re-election.

伍超羣先生於一九八八年三月三日

逝世。

於一九八九年三月一日,雷覺坤先生

獲委任為本公司董事長。

根據本公司組織章程第九十九及一百

零一條規定,除雷覺坤先生、蘇耀祖先生

及黎蕭寶珍女士外,各現任董事任期

告滿,依章告退,但得候選連任。
