APPENDIX I

CONSTITUTION AND COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEES

The composition and terms of reference of the Committees of the Authority as at 31st March, 1962, were as follows:

(i) Executive Committee

(a) To consider routine reports;

(b) To co-ordinate the work and decision of other Committees;

(c) To ensure the implementation of the Authority's decisions; and

(d) To consider such proposals for amendment of policy as are referred to it.

(a) the selection, planning, and lay-out of sites;

(b) the design, construction, and erection of buildings; and (e) the acceptance of tenders for building work.
