To advise on the maximum use of sites, and the lay-out, design, style, etc. of buildings to be erected for the Authority and to ensure that the plans of such buildings as submitted conform to the requirements of the Authority in both design and cost. (vii) Bye-laws & Rules Select Committee. To make recommendations for bye-laws under the Housing Ordinance, co-ordinating the recommendations of other select com- mittees in this respect. To advise the Authority on the general form which tenancy agreements and other such legal documents should take. To give a ruling on any matter referred to the Select Committee by the Authority.
