Correspondence is delivered as follows:- There is normally no delivery on Sundays or Holidays.
HONG KONG
General deliveries from the General Post Office are made at 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. daily.
SHAU KEI WAN
Daily from Shau Kei Wan Road, at 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
ABERDEEN
Daily at 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
STANLEY VILLAGES
Daily at 10.00 a.m.
CHEUNG CHAU ISLAND
Daily at 3.00 p.m.
MUI WO (Silver Mine Bay) and PENG CHAU
Daily at noon.
TAI O
Daily at 9.30 a.m.
NORTH POINT
Daily at 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
KOWLOON
General deliveries from the Kowloon Central Post Office, covering the districts of Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon Tong, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok and Hung Hom are made at 9.00 a.m, and 2.00 p.m. daily.
KOWLOON CITY
Daily delivery at 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
SHAM SHUI PO
Daily from Un Chau Street, at 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
NEW TERRITORIES
Daily deliveries commencing at approximately 10.00 a.m. are made from the offices at Sha Tau Kok, Sha Tin, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and Shek Wu Hui. A second delivery is made in the town areas at approximately 3.00 p.m.
ISLANDS
Correspondence for the inhabited islands of Hong Kong is forwarded daily by motor launch for distribution through authorized persons.
Owing to various difficulties some delay is unavoidable.
