EXPORT AND CURRENCY CONTROL

General. Certain goods may only be exported from Hong Kong under and in accordance with a licence issued by the Commerce and Industry Department to which Department reference should be made in case of doubt. In any case of doubt a parcel or packet will be accepted for posting, but such acceptance should not be taken as implying in any way that export licensing and currency control requirements have been satisfactorily met. The responsibility for complying with these requirements rests with the sender.
