Prohibitions: Letters: counters resembling coin; weights and measures not of the decimal system; and, in addition, all goods bearing indications which suggest they are of French origin or manufacture when they are not.

Restrictions apply to the importation of: Arms, including air-guns; books and printed matter in Arabic; mineral waters; preserved plums, sardines and vegetables; saccharin and similar substances; spirits.
