Restrictions apply to the importation of: Plants and seeds; saccharin and similar substances. Import licences are required for a few classes of goods; and, if senders are in doubt as to whether a licence is required in any particular instance they are advised to make inquiry of the Controller of Imports and Exports, Box 184, Accra, Ghana,
Invoices: Invoices are required for all commercial parcels. Senders are advised to despatch the invoices in advance of the parcels.
