Invoice : A consular invoice is not required for packets and parcels which do not exceed 300 pesos in value. Payment of consular dues will be made when customs and other duties are paid in the Cuban Customs House. The only goods not covered by this exemption are textile products and alcoholic or spirituous beverages, when the consular invoice should be obtained beforehand and forwarded direct to the addressee, his agent or representative, who must produce a copy before the goods concerned can be cleared through customs.
