Section II: OVERSEAS POST
In this section will be found the letter and parcel post services available to the various destinations abroad, together with the regulations of the countries of destination. Hong Kong parcel regulations are also shown except where such regulations apply also to letters, i.e. Make up and packing, insurance, compensation, these regulations will be found in Section I of the Guide.
Regulations regarding services to the Forces, and to supplementary services, viz. Green label system, registration, printed papers, samples, small packets, and blind literature will also be found in Section I.
RATES OF POSTAGE FOR PARCELS will be found in the SUPPLEMENT to this Guide.
